Our Vision
is to see the Church (the Believer) enter into the work place and minister blessing to their employer and co- workers. By ministering through honesty, integrity, stability, balance and good old fashioned hard work. The church can once again be respected in the market place.
If you produce above average results you'll experience above average wages and opportunities. Employers are looking for people who will exercise the gifts God has given them. When you produce results you earn the right to speak into other peoples lives. Living well gains "the favor of God and man" which will enable you to share Christ in a venue that wasn't necessarily asking. My experience as an employee (pizza delivery boy), manager trainee, assistant manager, manager, supervisor, consultant, owner, pastor, and teacher has proven the work place can be conquered by the least of them "me".
If each of us will be the person that God has called us to be, life-giving rather than judgemental or condescending then, hurting, broken, and confused people will open their hearts to Our Savior.
